Hybrid technologies for green factories of the future
Greentech aims to develop the factory of the future by incorporating environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions in priority areas, including Robotic and laser systems and components, Intelligent control systems for Factories of the Future, Robotics, Control technologies, and Advanced manufacturing methods for materials and nano and quantum technologies (Industry 4.0 components). The project aims to optimize manufacturing processes using predictive maintenance, prognostics, and digital twins.
AI-IGC4.0-DT will build, demonstrate, and commercialize innovative Al-driven Digital Twin (DT) solutions for Industry 4.0 applications in grinding technology (IGC4.0). In this direction, the project will specify structuring principles and blueprints with a focus on optimizing production processes and increasing resource efficiency through digital solutions.
AI-IGC4.0-DT applications will consider the characteristics of real-time digital twins (DTs) and artificial intelligence (AI). At the same time, Al-IGC4.0-DT will develop and implement a unique blend of process monitoring and cloud-based DT as a Service (DTaaS) or DT as a Platform (DTaaP) solutions.
